Our free services

Our goal is to support our clients in order to win government contracts, and for this purpose we provide our following services entirely free, so you only pay for the actual preparation of the tender documentation.

Tender watch

We record and categorize all public tender calls on our tender watch website, which is updated daily, based on the notices published on TED and the Hungarian e-procurement system (EKR). The database is only available in Hungarian, please use Google Chrome's plugin to translate the page to your language.

Checking the suitability of your company

Our tender watch website automatically collects the relevant information from the tender call regarding the financial and technical suitability criteria, so you can check right away if your company is eligable to submit an offer. Just click on button 'Can I apply?' next to the tender calls!

Supporting tenderers

In case you have found the tender that might be of your interest, we are more than happy to assist you in every aspect of the tendering process. Our service includes the following tasks:

Support the company’s registration in the e-procurement system (EKR)

Preparing and submitting the tender documentation

Preparing and submitting corrections, clarifications, abnormally low price explanation or any other additional documents in the evaluation phase

Representing the tenderer in personal negotiations during the tendering process

Preparing applications of preliminary dispute settlement and applications for the Public Procurement Arbitration Board in case the tenderer wishes to challenge the decisions of the the Contracting Authority

All submitted documents are revised by English speaking accredited public procurement consultants.

Pricing

Except for the representation in preliminary dispute and legal review procedures, all of our prices are fixed with no hidden costs.

Standard open procedure (two evaluation phases) 1.500 EUR
Negotiated and other three phased procedures 2.500 EUR

Our fee for preparing applications of preliminary dispute settlement and applications for the Public Procurement Arbitration Board is 100 EUR/hour + VAT. Please note, that our prices do not include the translation of the technical documentation and the draft contract.
